Recovering blocked files

Our current set up involves a Cisco Iron Port. We have specific file extensions that are not allowed. Instead of blocking these extension they are sent to "safe" storage area in the event we may need to recover something that was unintentionally blocked. Does the Fortigate units have this capability? Can we forward instead of block files?
