how do i re-classify certain websites marked as meaning content?

on my firewall, meaning contents are blocked but recently i have users coming to me saying that certain websites that they need for work are blocked.

can i change the classification for certain website marked under meaning content ???

    You can do a reclassification on this link.

    On the right side of the page, enter the URL and at the end of the page, you can submit request for reclassifying if you think that the page's classification is wrong.

     

    Alternatively, you can do a rating override on your own according to this cookbook.
