Hi everyone,
Is it possible to tell FortiPAM that users can only connect to WebRDP if they have the extension installed? Because now they can't even connect clientless.

I didn't find a solution for your request. Probably, we can't force extension mode for users.

Hello @Lukino ,

 

Normally, you can connect just with an extension. If you say I can't connect with the extension, can you check the option on the banner that switches between agent/non-agent modes?

My question is different actually, I want to force the user to access only with the extension

With the banner you can still choose

Hi Lukino,

 

Please be confirmed that there is no option as of now to force User to use webrdp only in the available version. In that case please feel free to raise NFR.
