RDP through VPN SSl

I am able to log in on both forticlient and the web portal for my SSL VPN setup. bUt when i click on the Remote desktop server bookmark on the web portal i get a blank page. I am using Internet explorer 11. I have fortiwifi 20c running fortios v5.2.13 build 762. attached is the image.
