rating error accurs : rating timeout

hi everyone, this morning i got a rating error on the web filter of my fortigate 110c MR3p5. when a web filter profile is activated users can' t access any website. the log sais that it' s a rating timeout error, ID 12800 !! anyone can help with this ?

    Enable the option in the web filter profile: Allow Websites When a Rating Error Occurs But you still need to find out why it was / is not working ;-) Try the command : get webfilter status
