Question Mark beside the server address in Override FortiGuard servers

Hi Team,

 

Anyone know what is Question Mark symbol mean beside the server address in Override FortiGuard servers? i have register and authorized in FMG, as well as fortiguard setting?

    Hi there, can you share a screenshot of it? Which FortiOS version are you using? There should be a text next to the question mark labeled "Unknown". This means the FortiGate has not tried contacting this override FortiGuard server yet, so it does not know the status of the connection. After the next update request, the GUI should show better status.
