question about NSE4 certification exam

Hi

 

I understood that in the Fortinet training video that the Antivirus check is done by ISP engine.  

 

Now the the test practice exam the selection of Antivirus wasn't correct according to the result provided by Fortinet.  I'would like to know what I missed.
