Question about FortiSwitch

Hi all. I'm considering buying several FortiSwitch 148F to use as access switches. The expected traffic for each is fairly high (constant >500mbps traffic, expected peaks at about 2gbps), and i'll be utilizing the 10Gbit SFP+ uplink. Besides high traffic there won't be anything special in the usage or config; it'll be running at L2 with basic security, etc.

My questions are

-What are others' experiences and opinions about this switch/fortiswitch in general? Is it a good switch? Do the datasheet specs for performance hold true?

-I've never touched a fortinet product before, so how is the CLI compared to e.g. cisco's CLI?

-Are there any licensed functionality, e.g. "enhanced features license" or the like?

-Are there any mandatory subscription costs, e.g. 1-year support?
