"quarantined message was released by administrator" not show up on released email

Hello,

 

I want to confirm is this a bug or not

As the image shows, the first image dont have the "quarantined message was released by administrator" while the second image do, those emails are released.

I though the first image was deleted but actually already released.

 

The fortimail is on v6.0.3

Hello Christian

The version you are using is old release with old patch and is most probably not maintained anymore, so it is natural to find many bugs.

Try upgrade or at least update it and all should be fine.

    For upgrade, it still TBA when the user want to upgrade it. I want to make sure is this a bug so when user ask, i can give a proper answer.

    Because seems like i cant find a similar case on the forum.

    Hi Christian

    I didn't find such case in the release notes of this version. But bear in mind that the 6.0.3's release notes might no be updated anymore since long time.

    Nevertheless I think this is a bug, since you said the quarantined message was released by admin and the logs don't show it.
