quarantine email notification

I am aware that FML able to send scheduled Quarantine report to intended recipient, but is it possible to configure FML to notify the IT admin or email recipient every time the inbound email was sent to User Quarantine?

And accessing the quarantine emails is just like accessing the webmail?
