QoS for VoIP with v5.2.5,build701
Hello, My fortinet crashed earlier this year, and when I got it back up and running, I had lost my 'traffic shaping' settings to for VoIP QoS I had updated to 5.2.5 after the crash, and now I don't seem to have 'traffic shaping' as an option? Essentially what I want to do is set up QOS within the Fortinet for VoIP traffic. Currently, whenever someone is uploading to google drive / dropbox, the internet slows to a crawl in the office, the latency in PingPlotter shoots right up, and we have all sorts of issues when on the phone when this occurs.
