PVC-100DB - default user VM password?

Hi,

PBX Fortivoice FVC 100-DB:

I have been trying to find this answer for a little while now, I cannot find where to set or reset a users/ext default VM passcode?

I don't see it anywhere in the tech manual and we have tried any code that we did find already.
