Proxy to Flow Mode -- Bandwidth reports now way off

We recently changed from proxy based to flow based AV and Web Filtering modes on our Fortigate 3700Ds. Strangely, our bandwidth reports on our FortiAnalyzer 1000D are now showing much lower bandwidth utilization, but about the same number of sessions.  The bandwidth numbers are too low.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
