Problems with 80c e 40c

hi

i try for test to set 5.4.1 on 80c and 40c

if i config 2 wan with static ip is impossible to connect via wan on one of two interfaces

the vps ssl portal not function too

if i detach one wan cable , the other respond but if i reconnect it the problem reappear

all wan have same weight

i try with a simple config without ssl vpn portal.... same problem

i try with 5.2.9 ...same problem

finally i test with 5.2.8 all good.....

can someone help me
