Problems downloading using "SSL Inspection" with "Protecting SSL Server"

We defined SSL / SSH Profile> Protecting SSL Server to detect HTTPS on web server.

Does this change the packet?

When I download the file, I check the log on the server that the SSL certificate does not match.

The configuration is as follows.

Client --> Internet --> FGT --> WAF --> Server
