Problems adding more IP adresses to VXLANs

I have a problem adding more adresses on VXLANS loopback since there are poliys attached  if i understand it correct.

( append is denied) Tip was to edit a backup and then restore

That also fails ( so bad that all VXLANS are missing) Could use some pointers how to attack this problem

 

500D  HA we inherited this setup...so not superskilled here

    You need to remove the reference before making any changes on the interface side. Changing things in the backup sometimes can cause multiple issues as it might be referred in many places not just one and it is not recommended too. Make changes in the downtime.
