Problem with VPN After load balance

we configure our firewall with two ISP we use WAN Link Load Balancing Interface after we do that everything is ok only the Problem is the VPN it Stop working i change the Listen on Interface(s) in VPN to ISP_1 interface and check everything else i could think about but still not work can you help me for this problem.
