Problem with logs of mobile devices connected after VPN

The mobile devices (Android, iOS) connected to vpn using FortiClient App generate no traffic logs in FortiAnalyze, which makes diagnosing connection problems very difficult. I noticed that the ip that is displayed on the mobile client after checking the logs, it turns out that it shows a user who uses vpn from the PC
