Problem with fortigate evaluation licenese

I registered into forticloud and downloaded a fortigate image for gns3  after configuration I type the ip into the website and I put my email and password the page just keeps spinning no results even inside my fortigate conslole it keeps asking for the license untill it times out , I made sure to configure the dns server and I pinged the the fortiguard service and its working can someone help me am just soo lost

I think what you may have to crosscheck is what the resources of the VM are:

without any actual evaluation license, the VM is very limited on its use. 1GB of memory would limit the testing capability quite much, so a lower firmware might help on that, disable features if not needed.

    Yup you need to get a trial license as it is permenant FortiGate-VM evaluation license | FortiGate Private Cloud 7.6.0 | Fortinet Document Library it should fine for you as it is for me :)
