problem with forticlient on vpn on mac os

Hi

one my user cannot use the vpn on macos

after having logged she s got the followinf message

 

The VPN connection terminates unexpectendly ( error code -121)

when i look at my syslog message it see that she was authnrtificated

    I have some news about that.

    the client use an isp that provide ds-lite connection.

     

    if i change of provider it work well

     

    does the vpn forticlient have problem with DS-lite
