Problem with Cetificate SSL Inspection and two or more active directory users in the same

Hello, my problem is that we have AD integration for the ipv4 group policy. Suppose we have two groups, each one with one user and each group with different navigate privileges. When in a computer the user 1 log on the SSL certificate inspection works fine, however, if this user 1 lock his account and then the user 2 log on in the same computer the navigation policys stop working when the user 1 gets back and log on again and i have to reinstall the certificate to give them internet conection.
