problem by source user in forticlient vpn (Dialup - FortiClient)

i have setup dial-up forticlient vpn and this is work correctly , but when i add user that is member of vpn-users , the policy block my traffic . i need define per user policy

this is my rule . i need add for example user1 can access  RDP to server1 and user2 can access ssh to server 2 , .....

how can i define remote vpn user link above  example ?
