Problem accessing FortiGate firewalls remotely via FortiManager.

I'm having trouble remotely accessing the firewalls (FortiGate) using FortiManager. This problem started after updating the FortiGate firmware from v7.4.8 to v7.4.9. When I try to remotely access a firewall in the network, FortiManager is assigned the source IP 169.254.0.1. Has anyone here encountered this situation before? Thank you for your attention.
