Problem about Nat Voip(H.323) services

Hi all, 

I have a video conference server (Polycom) in my local network and Nat port forwarding from outside in Polycom server, but it didn't work well. I also enable Voip service in system\config\feature .I did on H.323 range port. 

Any advise for me ? Please help !
