PROBE FAILED WHEN ADDING FORTIANALYZER TO FORTIMANAGER

hello team i am getting probe failed when i adding fortiAnalyzer to FortiManger, i have configured the FortiAnalyzer interface to be managed with fortimanager

Hello @aidnet ,

 

I didn't face that error before but when I did resourcing about that I saw three important points. Could your situation match the following key points?

 

To add a FortiAnalyzer to FortiManager, they both must be running the same OS version, at least 5.6 or later.  If FortiAnalyzer Features are enabled, you cannot add a FortiAnalyzer unit to FortiManager. See FortiAnalyzer Features.  In addition, you cannot add a FortiAnalyzer unit to FortiManager when ADOMs are enabled, and ADOM mode is set to Advanced.
