Preventing VHD attachements in Emails

Can anyone show me how I can prevent VHD file extensions frmo emailing out of our company?

We use IMAP with SSL authenticaion.

I have a DLP set up that is working fine for HTTP and FTP uploads/downloads but it isn;t affecting the email attachments.

Tried various regex expressions and those did not work either. It seems that the DLP is only affecting web & ftp traffic.

Using FortiWifi 60D with OS 5.2.3
