PPTP VPN Repair with Windows 10 1703 (or alternative L2TP, SSL needed)

Windows 10 (winver 1703) didn´t support PPTP VPN anymore with Fortigate-60 2.80,build456,050704 right?

806 Error in Windows Event: CoID={xyz}: Der Benutzer "firma\user1" hat eine Verbindung mit dem Namen "pptp vpn gewählt, die Verbindung konnte jedoch nicht hergestellt werden. Der durch den Fehler zurückgegebene Ursachencode lautet: 806.

Windows 10 is talking about closed Port with Reference to GRE-Protokollpaket (Genereic Routing Encapsaulation)

We tried also with disabled Windows Firewall via iPhone Hotspot.

(no 3rd software firewall is installed) (vpn pptp on another perhaps older windows 10 notebook is working)

Is there a way to keep a it running? (till the new fortinet will be approved by the Budget/MDs)

Do you know a manual about activating L2TP or Forticlient SSL with such an old Firmware?
