Power surge giving me me invalid path errors

We had a power surge yesterday and 5 of my phones did not reboot, so I reset the phones to factory defaults and rebooted but now when I go into my talkswitch software to update the MAC addresses I'm getting a number of invalid key errors which I do not know how to solve or what they even mean and it wont let me save.  any help appreciated
