Possible to use VPN static WAN IP to access Internet?

Currently using FortiGate 61E v6.4.2 My FortiGate is configured to static WAN IP 39.101.129.135. I can currently access internal networks from home via SSL-VPN. Is it possible for me to access the internet using the static WAN IP 39.101.129.135 configured to my FortiGate router? In Firewall policy, when I select "SSL-VPN" as Source, the only destinations were my internal LAN addresses. The WAN disappears from the drop down.
