Possible to deploy FortiWeb VM HA In Different VM Environment and Harware?

Dear Community,
I have question regarding to deployment, it possible to deploy FortiWeb VM HA In Different VM Environment and Hardware, and just through the layer2 network to make each VM reach other?
For example:
1. VMware in Dell server Hardware .
2. VMware in Cisco UCS Hardware .

It should work no problem as long as you have the same FortiWeb-VM model on both hypervisors.
