possible replace my Ucopia portal by fortinet portal ?

hello and sorry for my english,

I have Ucopia server. When external users are connect to wifi VLAN, the portal is open and the can create account and connect to internet.

i know that my fortigate offer portal but it is possible like Ucopia that users can create account to register before go to internet ?
