Possibility of extracting the Firewall policies with complete details?

Hello,

there is a need to extract the details of all configured policies with the details of when they were used.

We managed via FortiGate  / FortiManager  to export the info but for all policies the fields after Hit count in the image below (first used, last used, etc...) are all empty

Is it not possible to export that information even if it is present?

It should be possible. I tried to export to csv format from my FortiGate GUI running 7.0.6 and it exported all details from the listed columns.

Hi,

    Kindly could you give me the sequence of the procedure in general terms?

    The staff that is handling it cannot get it in excel format

    Hi,

     

    I added required columns in the firewall policy page that are to be exported to csv format, and it worked. Please see attached video, hope it helps.
