Ports database corrupted

Hello Everybody,

I have an issue on my both fortigate 1500D. It seems that it impossible to configure two ports (39-40) , when I try configure them in cli or gui the following message appears "No entries" or "no database entries found". Do you know how to fix it ? Thanks for your help. Have a nice day,

    Schedule a maintenance window.

    Backup Your Config

    Execute Factory Reset

    Format Log Disk

    Reload Firmware via TFTP

    with stock config look and see if ports are proper. If they are, it was a corrupt firmware or config issue. Reload your original config and see if ports work proper. If they do,it's the firmware. If they don't then it is the config.
