port range issue 10000-12000

I could configure the same on my FG-100D with FortiOS 6.2.x.

Probably you already have a port between 10000 and 12000 that is already mapped in another VIP.

2. Reproduce this issue again with GUI and CLI, capture the screenshots of the error messages with GUI and CLI.

Please check the VIP setup is this port range has already been used.
