Hello all, Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. Vista and XP client systems while in VPN SSL Tunnel mode, can' t telnet or access port 445. I have all services and ports accessible through the SSL gateway on the firewall policy. Any ideas on what to look for? Thanks! Zane

Yes, ping works as do all other services that we need. The Vista client computer is attempting to establish a mapped drive and it is giving errors that the destination firewall (The ForitNet) has port 445 blocked. The firewall policies have the rule to allow all services in both directions.

i assume that it because you have to enable the smb?cifs option in the ssl portal page settings. ssl- portal- click on the applied portal page- settings- enable smb/cifs option.
