Port 11 Fortiswitch no longer assumes 1000Mb on devices.

Hello, I have a problem, one of the fortiswitch ports, port 11, when connecting a computer is no longer assuming 1000Mb of connection. Only 100 Mb. But before the port worked as 1000 Mb. When connecting port 11 to another port, it is like 1000 Mb, I have already tested several different devices, the same ones connected to another port assume 1000 Mb, not only on that port.
How do I fix this port to 1000 Mb.
