policy user by using External AD polling issue

Our customer would like to using policy by user. but don't want to use FSSO agent.

So I had configuration External AD polling in connector tab.

the issue is sometime user in firewall is flapping.

I had create policy for user IT for remote to server. but the traffic is hit policy randomly.

how can I troubleshoot user with External AD polling

Personally I don't have good experience with AD polling connector, so I dropped it a long time ago.

If you can't use FSSO the try active portal.
