Policy to profile mode

I have been running policy mode for about 2 years on a 201 HA. I am leaning to switching over to profile mode. Has any one made this switch? I an curious on how mu mch of the confugration is going to have to be re done. Also open to people experience/thoughts on profile and policy mode.
