policy route not working

we have two wan links WAN1 and WAN2 both links has same administrative distance and WAN1 priority 10 and WAN2 priority 5

all internet traffic is going through WAN2 which is OK. but for one source with specific destination I want to route traffic to WAN1 for that i have created policy route. everything was working 2 days ago but today Policy route is not working and traffic going through WAN2 link.
