Policy for Whatsapp and Gmail

Hi,

for Fotigate Firewall: I want to make policy like Traffic from LAN to  *.whatsapp.net/*.whatsapp.com/*.google.com with highest priority and  more bandwidth.

But Fortigate doesnt allow wild cards in Policy.

How can I give more bandwidth to whatsapp calls; please guide
