You have categorized our site as Phishing. We have already taken all the necessary actions and we do not have a Phishing site, This is the personal Bitwarden with self-hosted.

Done, Waiting for correction because I am unable to do my work for this mistaken listing of my domain into Phishing. I am very helpful to you if you understand my problem.
