PIM router failing to send packets

Hello,

I had 200D with 5.6.x and multicast was working fine. It is simple configuration made according to guidelines.

Now I have to migrate to 201E with 6.4.4 and here the same configuration is not working while guidelines have not changed. I see multicast traffic in inbound of incoming interface but it is not passing through to outbound to outgoing interface

I have interesting router events reported at the start of the box:

PIM-DM: [ENCODE] Write IPv4: sendto() failed: Network is unreachable(101) 

NSM: [IGMP-EVENTS] IF Join Group Set: Join Static Group Failed! 

Is there any specific route to be configured or something?
