Question

physical WAN port is not visible while configuring SSL VPN

I'm using fortigate model 300c and version is 5.2.13,

 

When I try to create SSL VPN with below procedure

 

Go to VPN > SSL-VPN Settings.

For Listen on Interface(s), select wan1.

 

My WAN interface is not visible in the drop down list, However the tunnels which are configured in that WAN interface are visible.

    Hi Maria,

     

    Please make sure, you have cleared the History of the browsers and check if it's visible. I have also faced similar issue in my customer end and I just tried this...

    Actually we had tried it as well, still it's not visible.
