We have upgraded Fortisiem cluster setup (1 Supervisor, 2 Worker, and 1 Keeper)from 7.2.6 to 7.5.0.
Upgrade was successfull. we noticed that the phGenerativeAI process on the Supervisor node is restarting approximately every 3 minutes, which is generating warning alerts. Please guide

Hi @vishal_rawat,

Please open a technical support ticket and attach the AOLogs. That's the best way to get the correct support here. I'd assume that there is a task failing in the backend caused by the update.

Hi @Secusaurus ,
As i have mentioned we have upgraded supervisor, worker and keeper only. Is it necessary to upgrade collector during upgrade or it is not related to phGenerativeAI  issue?

Hi @vishal_rawat,

We now ran into the same issue after an upgrade. I cannot see any crashes in the phoenix.log, but it restarts constantly, just like you described.

Before opening a ticket by myself, was it a “common scenario” for your deployment, you are able to share?

btw, for all other readers: No, a Collector is not part of the main cluster and should not be the reason for an error like this.

Best,

Christian
