Persistent agent not showing the windows domain logged in user

Dears,

I am deploying PA on a windows domain machine.

The connection to FortiNAC is successful, I can run scans and send messages.

But the agent is not returning the logged in domain user to FortiNAC. The user field is empty in the host view.

Try to create a rule in Passive Agent as shown below:

    Thanks for the reply. However, I am not deploying passive agent to the PCs in the first place. Only the persistent agent is deployed.

    The persistent agent can also be used to report the logged in user to FNAC. This rule in the passive agent section, will make it possible for FNAC to process that information.
