Page loads hang when blocking web analytics category

Particulars:

FTGT 61E Full UTM on 5.6.7. Subscription is good. System DNS is set to FortiGuard DNS for DNS filtering.

I can't seem to find a simple answer to this and I don't want to open a support ticket on something that is probably just a lack of knowledge on my part.

IPv4 Policy has Web and DNS filtering enabled, and the web-analytics category selected to blocked. SSL inspection is the default certificate-inspection profile. Proxy is set to the default profile.

When loading a web page, the browser hangs during the tls negotiation (particularly to googletagservices.com) and the page takes forever to load.

How do I "fake" the browser to continue loading the page and just drop loading the analytics requests?
