Option to create/edit Policy don't show up

Hello,
I'm trying to edit some policy's we have, but the IPv4 option's don't appear, just the IPv6. I tried searching everywhere and didn't find a answer. There's a screenshot attached.
Fortigate 80C with firmware 5.0, build 0147
