OpenVPN has been blocked

I' new with Fortinet products.

I have a Firewall event alert from one computer :

I don't undestand what happen with this alert.

Does this mean that OpenVPN is installed ?

To answer clearly, we need to check under the forward traffic log of FortiGate pertaining to OpenVPN if it is being allowed or blocked.

Here, it looks like OpenVPN is deemed as a block.
