On Net Detection Web Filter/App Control

Can the on-net detection handle enabling and disabling web filtering and application control? For example, when the client is off-network, enforce the forticlient based web filtering and application control policies, but when the client is on the network, disable the forticlient profiles and rely on web filtering/application control policies in place on firewalls?

I seem to remember something similar to this in a previous version of the android app, but i might be wrong and it might not be available on the windows client.
