Office 365 wont work with Forticlient

Hello.   When forticlient is on and i try to load an office app (word, excel, etc) it doesnt work   When i disable forticlient service scheduler from services on ms config the office app work properly. but i cant connect to the forticlient.   I use windows 7   Hope you can help   Best Regards Yonatan
